CACHECOW/ the showdown
Non-Negotiable · Annual · Weighted Heavily

The recipe must be real.

Not the bottle. Not the packet. The kind written on an index card and handed down because no one can be trusted to remember it.

We are building a company for people who live on the land. The land produces things. Historically, that includes buttermilk.

Submit your real ranch dressing recipe. A named chef judges the finalists. The winner gets bottled. Limited run. CacheCow label. Yours forever. You don't need to be entering the Rancher-in-Chief contest to enter the Showdown — but the recipe is weighted heavily in the final round. The packet is a lie.

Recipe becomes property of CacheCow for the bottling run. You get credit, a case of the finished product, and the knowledge that your grandmother's index card is now on a shelf in an ag-tech startup. She would have complicated feelings about this. That's fair.
